ABA-Specialized Practice Services
The administrative engine behind BCBA practices.
Credentialing, billing, payer contracts, and practice startup — handled end-to-end, so your clinical team stays focused on care.
Four problems. One team that owns the outcome.
Each service stands alone or bundles with the others. Most practices start with one and add the rest as the relationship grows.
Credentialing
Commercial plans, Medicaid, Medicaid MCOs across every state where you practice. CAQH, NPI, payer applications, follow-ups — handled.
Billing & RCM
ABA-specific coding (97151–97158), Medicaid MCO variability, payer-specific rules. Claims, denials, prior auth, AR — all of it.
Payer Contracts
Initial negotiations, rate re-negotiations after years of flat terms, single-case agreements — we handle the back-and-forth.
Practice Startup
From "I want to open a practice" to "I'm seeing clients" without the 90-day cash-flow void.
ABA isn't general healthcare billing. We treat it that way.
Why ABA specialization matters.
Generic medical billers fumble ABA. We don't. Here's why.
What we do
- Pure-ABA focus — every team member works exclusively in ABA
- Payer-specific knowledge of Medicaid MCO variability, Cigna intake patterns, UHC contract clauses
- Outcome ownership — one specialist per client, accountable for the result
- Software-agnostic — we work with your existing PM system
What we don't do
- We don't sell software you have to learn
- We don't lock you in to multi-year contracts
- We don't buy practices — we serve them

Common Questions
What practices ask us before they start.
How long does ABA credentialing take?
Commercial payer credentialing typically takes 90–150 days. Medicaid and Medicaid MCO credentialing can take 120–180 days depending on the state. Starting early — before you plan to see your first client — is essential. We track every application and follow up proactively so nothing stalls silently.
Do you work with ABA practices in all states?
Yes. We handle credentialing and billing across all 50 states. Medicaid MCO rules and enrollment processes vary significantly state by state — that's a core part of what we specialize in.
What ABA billing codes do you handle?
The full set: 97151 through 97158 — assessment, treatment by protocol, group treatment, family guidance, and protocol modification. We also handle prior authorization workflows, units management, and denial resolution for each code.
Do I need to switch practice management software?
No. We are software-agnostic and work with your existing PM system — CentralReach, Rethink, AccuPoint, Kareo, or anything else. We don't sell software and we don't require you to use ours.
What happens in the free consultation?
It's a 30-minute call. We learn about your practice — current payer mix, credentialing status, billing setup, pain points. No sales pitch, no contracts to sign that day. We tell you exactly what we'd handle and how.
Do you handle multi-state expansion?
Yes, multi-state credentialing is one of our core specialties. Expanding to a second or third state means navigating each state's Medicaid MCO enrollment, commercial payer applications, and NPI/CAQH updates simultaneously. We manage the full pipeline across every state where your clinicians practice.
Stop drowning in administrative work.
